Led by Founder and Presence Facilitator Prince Yisra'el, our trainings focus on communication, emotional intelligence, and empathy. Unlike traditional training programs that simply transfer information, Presence Facilitation creates experiences that allow people to feel, practice, and embody what they learn. Prince Yisra’el is the Founder and Steward of Presence Consulting Group, leading work at the intersection of human behavior, communication, and leadership presence.
With a background spanning Human Resources, leadership development, and experiential facilitation, his approach goes beyond theory—focusing on how people actually show up, interact, and influence outcomes in real time.
His work is built on a simple but powerful principle: Know Your Presence—a statement he gathered from his mentor, Morris Williams Jr., and developed into a foundational philosophy for personal and organizational transformation.
Through this principle, he guides individuals and organizations to develop self-mastery, communicate with precision, and build cultures rooted in trust, alignment, and intentional connection.
